"Playing a New Game"
The Playing a New Game program encourages teamwork through stimulating innovation led by Dr. Everhart.

In this workshop we start with classroom learning and then engage in an activity that teaches us the lessons required for a rapidly changing economy, world and workplace. By developing a new game, the participants recognize their dependence on hidden rules that keep them from their full potential. Each workshop is modified to meet the specific needs of the individuals and organization.
"At the core of teamwork is communications, the ability to hear the beliefs, desires, and commitments of others."
Teams increase performance beyond individual contributions by utilizing diverse talents and skills to accomplish common goals. Teamwork is the bridge between management in business and motivation in behavioral science and is usually demonstrated in Athletic Competition.
At the core of teamwork is communication, the ability to hear the beliefs, desires, and commitments of others. Once communication is established, relationships can begin to form. Relationships can be one-on-one or a group forming as a single entity. Teamwork is experienced and no description can communicate the satisfaction or sense of accomplishment of a winner.
